Our company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of P&M administrative Executive.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in MS office
- Knowledge of inventory management, contract management, procurement, enterprise resource system and SAP software is a plus
- Proficient in administrative process
- Analytical and able to resolve administrative issues
- Good writing and communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast pace working environment
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
Responsibilities:
- Act as Lead Administrator for P&M Department. Provide general department administrative process.
- Ensure timely preparation, processing and submission of various Maintenance reports.
- Assist with procurement related matters with the Company’s procurement team.
- Assist P&M’s managers in the scheduling and organizing of meetings and visits to the vendors, and in the preparation of reports, presentations and be briefs.
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filling system.
- Document discussions, decisions, and resolutions of meetings.
- Proper management and monitoring of department allocated funds.
- Timely submission of accrual reports and lease agreements.
- Verification of invoices against contracts to ensure factual figures.
- Coordinate vendor engagement meetings, liaise with vendors for resolution when required.
