JOB DESCRIPTION :

Support the SALES DEPARTMENT with document submissions, processing orders, arranging delivery and site corordination.

  • Willing and eager to learn.
  • Able to work independently and confidently.
  • Min 2 years of working experience.
  • Working experience from Construction / Building Material Industry will be an advantage.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Preparing daily invoices and reports, including other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Answering Phone calls and enquiries.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE :

  • In Microsoft Office Words and Excel.
  • In Quickbooks & ACCPAC will be an advantage.

    - Min 2 years of working experience.
