Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Professional Certificate/Diploma.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in similar roles.
- Experience in an administration role desired, receptionist experience advantageous.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document creation.
- Excellent time management skills, well organised and outcome focused.
- Possess a positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility and highly motivated.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and organise sales campaigns and events.
- Keep track of new registrations and send confirmation emails to customers.
- Prepare reports as requested by the sales team.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks.
- Enter data into the in-house system accurately and efficiently.
- Generate payment links when required for customers.
- Distribute exam vouchers to customers as needed.
- Participate in sales meeting and take precise meeting minutes.
- Identify and endorse courses for funding purposes. Ensure that all courses are enrolled with the registration period.
- Maintain training schedules for Business Development Manager.
- Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records.
- Monitor and record students and trainer attendance, ensuring punctuality.
- Track and gather all enquiries from the company’s website and social media channels.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management as required.
