Our growing HR Team is looking for a new team member for the position of Admin&Office Specialist . You would have a uni que opportunity to work with people from different parts of the world . I f you also are a positive, open-minded person with a “can do” attitude – we are looking for you!

We will be a perfect match, if you :

  • H ave at least 1 year of experience in office admin or similar role,
  • Speak English at B2/C1 level - we use it a lot as we have branches on a few continents :)
  • Are proa ctive and taking responsibility for assigned tasks,
  • Hav e a head full of ideas and improvements,
  • Are proficient in using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools,Have a nalytical skills and a proactive solution-focused approach comes easily to you.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Swedish finance team in polish AP process – from checking correctness of invoices to paying in given deadlines,
  • Taking care of the office (administration, procurement, support),
  • Being an owner of HR ticketing system and HR mailbox ,
  • Organizing and administering business trips, events, and integration meetings,
  • Administering our systems and benefits such as Worksmile , Medicover , Medicover Sport , Udemy, group insurance ,
  • Responsibility for administr ation of recruitment process (posting job ads, scheduling interviews, updating information on career site),
  • Preparation of contracts, amendments, requests for EE,
  • Updating our Intranet ,Ownership of External worldwide partners .
