Description:

Courier and Logistics Management Institute (CLMI) is an academic and professional institute that is situated in Lagos, Nigeria. The Institute is the first and the only one in the world that is combining courier, logistics, management and transport at the moment.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably with exposure to marketing and data analysis.
  • Computer Skills: Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and statistical software.
  • Marketing Skills: Strong understanding of direct and digital marketing strategies and tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret statistical data to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events and appointments.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including direct and digital marketing efforts.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, both in person and online.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and prepare necessary reports.
