Description:

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Human Resources Functions:

  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll processing, work pass applications, and facilitating onboarding and off-boarding processes for internal staff and clients.
  • Administer business licenses and insurance and process any related claims efficiently.
  • Act as a liaison between staff, clients, and external service providers to ensure smooth communication and operations.

Administrative Functions:

  • Provide business support services to clients, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing of documentation and records, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with data management policies.
  • Assist in organizing company events and providing logistical support as needed.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties and handle special projects as assigned.

Personal Assistant Duties:

  • Manage the director’s personal schedules, coordinating meetings and appointments to optimize time management.
  • Assist the director with logistics, travel arrangements, and accommodation.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism in all PA-related tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Team player with a positive mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous in managing tasks and documentation.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new software and technologies.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Able to communicate /written effectively in English, Mandarin,
