JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree with 3-5 years of working experience working experience as Admissions executive/ manager in international school in Singapore.
- Familiar with the elementary and secondary education industry
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Responsible and committed team player with strong coordination skills
- IT savvy and knowledge of MS Office applications
Responsibilities:
- Admissions: Work with School’s Admissions Manager to ensure the smooth processing of applications; manage the maintenance and security of Admissions records and documents.
- Welcoming parents/ visitors, answering their queries about school and directing them to the relevant office/personnel if additional information needed
- Carrying out school reception duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence.
- Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
