- Assists and coordinates with Liaison Officers in all related title transfer process & requirement of accounts;
- Coordinates in LGU’s for the requirements and all related docs;
- Prepare and review the documents needed for the filing on various LGU and for the payment of taxes;
- Prepares, monitors, update reports on a daily basis;
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree /or equivalent;
- Experienced in documentation of Title Transfer & Real Estate projects is an advantage;
- Proficient in computer applications;
- Team player with positive attitude;
- Above average in verbal and written communication skills;
- Good attention to detail Self starter ;
- Can work with minimal supervision
