THE IDEAL CANDIDATE’S SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES ARE:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in preparing reports, purchase orders and service entry in SAP
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German
  • Conscientious, independent way of working
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Good communication skills and confidence in dealing with different contact groups

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Managing Director and overseeing general administrative and organizational activities, including general correspondence and management of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Being the contact person with IT and Finance HQ departments and with external providers
  • Managing office supplies, shipments, and maintenance of printers and fax machines
  • Coordinating the management of company cars and relevant insurances
  • Coordinating, monitoring, and analyzing bank movements, credit card transactions, general accounts, and cost lines
  • Creating financial report
