Administration and Rostering Officer (Moreton Bay Region)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We require a passionate and dedicated Office Administrator to coordinate the day-to-day functions of our Caboolture office whilst ensuring all staff compliances are current & correct and rostering services for clients in our Moreton Bay Region. You will need to be a highly communicative and organised individual with an exceptional attention to detail.

THE OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Answering the phone in a professional and courteous manner and directing enquiries to the appropriate department and office
• Greeting clients and carers as they walk into the office
• Speaking with clients and their families regarding our services
• Speaking with carers and collecting the compliance items
• Keeping employee information up to date
• Ensuring all client shifts are filled with appropriately qualified and experienced carers
• Filling shifts at short notice due to carers being sick or unavailable
• Calling carers for late/missed shifts
• Assisting with the smooth coordination of client scheduling and care requirements
• Collaborating with care management and recruitment to ensure delivery of quality care
• Participating on rotation with providing ’On Call’ support
• Liaising with all office staff of Right at Home Moreton Bay Region and the wider network
• Any other administrative duties as directed by management
