SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administration assistant position
  • Experience in logistics highly regarded
  • Strong verbal and written communication, as admins often interact with various stakeholders
  • Capacity to identify issues and find solutions to challenges that arise in day-to-day operations

Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail distribution
  • Assist our driver trainers with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, assisting internal stakeholders, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Work with various teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Assisting in implementing quality control measures to ensure work meets industry standards
  • Entering data into relevant systems, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records
