As an Administration Assistant at CARTERS HENDERSON, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the branch operates smoothly while fostering a strong culture of health and safety among team members. If you excel in accuracy, efficiency, and managing processes, this diverse role may be ideal for you. Responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as maintaining documentation records, managing debtors, processing invoices, handling credits, and conducting account reconciliations.
- Interact effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, establishing and sustaining robust relationships, and promptly addressing queries.
- Offer occasional assistance regarding Health and Safety to ensure the maintenance of a safe working environment.
