Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Operations Manager with finance functions – Month end reporting, invoicing, expense management, Salesforce Input, forecasting and budget tracking
  • Employee onboarding and maintenance of staff profiles
  • Providing administrative support to the management team on an ad hoc basis
  • Supporting the events team, organising social events and coordinating vendors etc.
  • Assisting the marketing team with team newsletter, LinkedIn content and company intranet updates
  • Help maintain general marketing material including capability statements, case studies, staff CV’s and our photo reference library.
  • Other relevant tasks as required
