Description:

COMING FROM A STRONG ADMINISTRATION BACKGROUND, ADDITIONALLY YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE PROVEN EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS IN THE FOLLOWING:

  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills and demonstrated abilities to manage priorities
  • Good influencing and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional building relationships skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced experience using MS Office
  • SAP experience is required
  • Document management (SharePoint Admin, ShareFile)

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Located in Hastings, an opportunity has presented itself for a Team Administration Assistant to join a leading Oil and Gas company.

THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE SOME OF THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing high-level, confidential administrative support and assist the wider team and leadership
  • Undertaking administrative activities associated with travel
  • Managing purchase orders and processing invoices
  • Coordinating group business plans and reporting against agreed performance and timelines
  • Minutes preparation, catering requests, meeting room coordination, planning for management meetings
  • Ordering stationery and various other administrative tasks
    Success in this role will be achieved through excellent communication, time management and judgement skills, along with high levels of customer service when dealing with stakeholders. This pivotal role demands that the job holder anticipate and respond quickly to shifting business trends and priorities.
