Administration Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to claims teams to “help people get their lives back”.
  • Arrange and coordinate appointments, including travel and accommodation as needed for Workers.Contact providers and customers via phone for clarification and
  • up of information in relation to reports, payment details, invoices, cheques, overpayments, recovery payments.
  • Review duplicate claims, duplicate payments, unpresented cheques and create and update vendors.
  • Identify, classify and re-index a high volume of inbound documentation.
  • Maintain claim file notes by entering actions undertaken into the claims system, as directed.
  • Prepare documentation and letters.
  • Complete all allocated activities accurately and to the expected standard per procedure, within required timeframes.
