Responsibilities:
- General administration duties such as:
- Invoicing.
- Processing purchase orders.
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, customers, and technicians.
- Management of shared in-boxes and ad hoc tasks as required.
- Answering phones and service email to provide exceptional customer service.
- Providing administrative support to the project managers.
- Maintaining customer service documentation.
- Follow up on any outstanding work documentation and invoices.
- Work within customer portals.
