Responsibilities:

  • General administration duties such as:
  • Invoicing.
  • Processing purchase orders.
  • Liaising with suppliers, contractors, customers, and technicians.
  • Management of shared in-boxes and ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Answering phones and service email to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Providing administrative support to the project managers.
  • Maintaining customer service documentation.
  • Follow up on any outstanding work documentation and invoices.
  • Work within customer portals.
