Description:

THE PROJECT

Typical work will comprise of the following: • Input of timely and accurate information, including direct operative and subcontractor/supplier information • Cost allocation of purchase orders and invoices including checking against order values • Assisting in sending out material & subcontract enquiry documentation, undertaking comparisons and raising of purchase/subcontractor orders • Produce accurate documentation and/or correspondence • Maintain and enter Electrical Testing Programme and Certificates • Ensure full compliance with the standards, documents library and forms library • Maintain a high quality telephone manner • Provide direct support to the commercial management function This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful and expanding business.

Responsibilities:

We are delighted to confirm that we are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to work on our new Guinness contract, based in our office in Oldham. We are looking for someone to join our Administration team and ensure that high levels of Administration support is provided. The role involves completing general Administration duties to a high & accurate standard, ensuring you take ownership of work with great organisation skills, allowing you to forward plan and meet deadlines by prioritising work.
