SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in a similar role, with an understanding of the insurance industry.
  • Prior experience and understanding of workers compensation is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a legal environment is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is responsible for the delivery of a range of administrative services to support the operation of the Customer Outcomes team.

DUTIES

It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as an Administration Assistant you will:

  • Provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting and event coordination, to support the effective operation of the customer outcomes team.
  • Monitor and triage queries and communicate with relevant parties as required.
  • Collect information for, and prepare documentation and correspondence in line with quality and organisational requirements, to support information flow and inform decision making.
  • Promote positive working relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Complete weekly and monthly reporting as required by the customer outcomes team to assist in identifying scheme-wide
  • Complete routine financial transactions and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with standards and procedures.
  • Respond to enquiries, and escalate and redirect issues as required, to ensure the provision of accurate information.
