Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Kalgoorlie Branch.

Responsibilities:

As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for providing reception and administrative support to our Kalgoorlie team. This full time basis this position works Monday to Friday and is responsible for:

  • Reception, office duties and general administration
  • Booking medicals, flights, travel and accommodation
  • Allocating assets and jobs within our bespoke planning system
  • Processing site entry requirements, access and journey management plans
  • Payroll and invoicing support to internal stakeholders
  • Liaising with site and staff via phone, text messages and email
  • Assisting with onboarding and training
  • Raise Purchase Orders for hiring of equipment and assets, when required
