THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to join our team, located in the heart of the Brisbane CBD in our Head Support Office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be able to work independently and as part of a team. They will be responsible for a wide range of administrative office tasks, accounts payable and HR coordinator duties.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain highly effective relationships with Executive team acting as their administrative support when required
- Lead all office receptionist matters to ensure a functional work environment.
- Assist management and staff with daily duties, as required
- Main point of contact for IT issues as well as manage any one-off IT projects.
- Maintain and update the archive register
- Assisting with general finance and regulatory duties including accounts payable duties
- Manage line level recruitment such as ad creation, posting, phone screening and shortlisting
- Employee profile management in HRIS system
- Assist in training calendar and reports
- Administrative duties such as updating policies, employee notices, posters, compliance and visa reports
- All other general office duties, as required.
