NES Fircroft are working with a well-known WA company seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their team in Osborne Park.
Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Length of contract: Initial 3 month contract
Location: Osborne Park
Hours: 8 hour days
Roster: Mon – Fri
Start Date: ASAP
Pay rate: In line with current market pay rates
Experience: SAP experience preferred.
About the role:
We currently have 2 x opportunities available for Administration Assistants (one in Osborne Park & the other in Balcatta) to provide comprehensive administration and business services to customers and personnel, including key office management activities and support the Finance and Administration Services.

What the role will involve:

  • Participating and contributing to the development of continual improvement programs and initiatives
  • Manage the building reception function in a reliable and professional manner.
  • Ordering stationary and office supplies, including managing stock levels.
  • Ordering and distribution of Personal Protective clothing, boots and equipment.
  • Administer building access and managing the recording and issue of security passes for all non authorised visitors.
  • Administer the distribution of mail and internal files
  • Provide support to building services, including the coordination of general housekeeping and supply of office consumables.
  • Provide overflow procurement and accounts support to the Finance and Admin team as required.
  • Support the Branch in the production and analysis of key compliance, finance and administrative reports

Experience Required:

  • Relevant experience and demonstrated capability in providing business, financial and administration services and support in a commercial business environment.
  • Considerable experience and demonstrated capability in the use of computer based systems, preferably SAP
  • Have the ability to deal with issues of sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated experience an Office Administration role, preferably in a large and diverse corporate environment.
  • Demonstrates good time management and organisational skills.
  • Well developed computing skills and has a sound working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate well developed interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
