Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Administration Assistant within our CYP ADHD/ASD team.
The post holder will provide a range of basic administration support with the Administration Team. If you are enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ attitude within your working approach, then this is a great opportunity for you to join a welcoming and supportive team.
You will benefit from a comprehensive supervision and appraisal system, with a commitment to staff development.
To assist the Clinical Administrators / Senior Administrator in providing a wide range of clerical and administrative duties.
To assist with audio typing / proof reading letters and reports as directed.
To provide general office duties to include distributing incoming/outgoing mail, scanning and photocopying as required.
Answer telephone calls from patients and external organisations promptly and efficiently.
To book rooms as appropriate for clinics or meetings.
To support the maintenance and management of the office environment, including stationery provision.
Demonstrate tasks to new starters, including temporary staff, if required.
Reception cover on an adhoc basis
Any other duties as may be delegated.
