What are we looking for?
Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Nursing Administration Assistant to join our Clinical Education Team, with a highly competitive salary range on offer.
This is a Monday-Friday 0900-1700 role based in the office full time.
The Nursing Administrative Assistant provides the nursing leadership team with administration and clerical support, while also providing support for education and training coordination.

What will your duties include?

  • Provides general administrative support for the CCL Nursing Institute, including minutes for meetings as necessary, onboarding contractors, setting up suppliers
  • Provides general administrative support for Nursing Directors, including diary management, meeting management for team meetings & committees, raising purchase orders, processing expenses
  • Provides support for Education and Training coordination, including organising training schedules and managing admin for new starters, management of the Learning Management System, administrative support for trainings, coordination of student placements.
  • Event coordination.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we need from you?

  • Experience working within a clinical environment or for a clinical leadership team is required
  • A track record, with equivalent progression preferred, of working within and office administrator or similar administrative position.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, Excel or Power Point).
  • Demonstrated excellent Administrative and Clerical competencies, including diary management, scheduling, written communications, and some reporting  Within scope of job, requires ability to focus on multiple projects at once, decisive judgment and the ability to work with limited supervision.
