    Our client is a highly successful Commercial agency renowned as industry leaders across Commercial, Retail & Industrial. They manage a number of iconic commercial and retail assets across the state and are now seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to be based on site at a SOR shopping centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Support to the Centre Manager, including Accounts Payable, raising purchase orders and service orders, completing vendor reconciliations.
  • Assisting with collection of rent and related supporting documentation
  • Maintain and update all registers related to the shopping centre
  • Ensure all contractors are inducted before undertaking works onsite
  • Meeting & greeting retailers and customers and assisting with any queries demonstrating a high level of customer service at all times
  • General administrative assistance to the team
