What You Will Be Doing
Administration Assistant ensures effective functioning of our reception areas and provide administrative support to Community Health,Ambulatory services, Community Care and ACCESS clinicians to ensure effective and efficient day to day functioning of our services. Administration Assistant works in collaboration with colleagues and communicates effectively with members of the public who contact our service.
What You Need

We anticipate you will have:

  • Experience in providing administrative support to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Ability to learn new tasks and systems quickly
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in all aspects of the role
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy

  • Please refer to salary circular for HEALTH AND ALLIED SERVICES, MANAGERS AND ADMINISTRATIVE WORKERS (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) (SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYERS) ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT 2021-2025 for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
