people2people are working with a NDIS company based in Adelaide CBD who are passionate about supporting their clients to live positively. They are experiencing company growth and expanding interstate, this role will see you working in a relaxed and easy going office environment with a great team culture. Where you’ll have the chance to work alongside our three lovable office dogs.
Our client is looking for someone to start immediately on a temporary full-time basis for 6 months with the potential to become permanent. Hours are 9:00AM - 5:00PM with flexible working arrangements available.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

Your duties will include, but aren’t limited to:

  • End-to-End Recruitment
  • Policy Updates & Reviews for Pay Increases
  • Rostering, Terminations & Employee Exit Interviews
  • Managing Timesheets
  • NDIS Audits & Risk Assessments
  • Minuting Meetings
  • WHS Checks
  • Managing the office
  • Liase with IT
