JOB ADVERT SUMMARY

Rand Water is looking for candidate to provide administrative and financial support to the Transport section and report to the Administration Officer.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12.
  • 2 years relevent experience in Administrative and Financial duties.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels - verbal (face to face), verbal (telephonic) and written (electronic and hand written).
  • Computer literacy in MS Office is essentail, with the emphasis on MS Word , Excel, Outlook, Access , SAP Maximo.
  • Working knowledge of MS Access will be an advantage.
  • Previously experience/exposure to a vehicle repair facility will be an advantage.
  • Administrative skills.
  • Analytical skills to do fault finding and problems solving.

KNOWLEDGE

  • Ms Office
  • Maximo

SKILLS

  • Good communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Good administative skills.
  • Good public relation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Completion of Monthly Timesheets for Transport Department Employees.
  • Filing of all documentation relating to above functions.
  • Filing and general administrative duties.
  • Attendance Register/Leave Forms/ Overtime Authorization.
  • Accurate daily capturing of vehicle log sheets on Maximo.
