JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

Manage Allied Health appointments.
Manage the bookings of meeting rooms, vehicles and equipment.
Register new clients on VITAL and Unity software as appropriate.
Input of district nursing invoices and sundry invoices.
To be responsible for the receipting and banking of all monies received.
To issue and reimburse petty cash and reconcile same on at least a weekly basis.
To issue Trust funds to residents when required (backup).
To make up new medical records file for all new clients (Acute, Residential, Allied Health and Urgent Treatment Room).
To be responsible for the privacy and distribution of medical records to clinicians and district nurses.
To manage paperwork for the admission and discharge of Acute patients including retrieval of patients medical record.
Provide a brief synopsis of medical records policy to new employees at orientation.
To provide additional hours to the Administration and Medical records Role for leave relie
