Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 + Super (Pro rata)
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 1:00pm. 20 hours a week

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As an Administration Assistant, you will be at the heart of our client’s operations. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring financial accuracy by raising purchase orders, marrying invoice payments with them and loading them onto the appropriate system. Beyond this financial support, your role will extend to preparing casual lease agreements and managing debtors. You will also have the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders through centre promotions and activities. This role requires a high level of commitment, excellent organisational skills and an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ensure all aspects of income and expenditure are accurately entered, maintained and reported.
  • Check invoices against purchase orders and obtain appropriate approvals from manager prior to forwarding for payment.
  • Maintain and manage credit card expense allocation, applying expense codes, receipts and application for card reimbursement.
  • Produce support material to input various charges to tenants for other sundry billings.
  • Perform reception duties, answering the phones, first point of contact for contractors and general public.
  • Monitor the centre inbox and respond to queries.
  • Assist with centre promotions, activities, memos, interacting with retailers, customers, contractors.
