They are looking for someone to join their team to support the smooth running of their integral assistance in one particular emergency branch.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be a successful candidate you must have:

  • Previous experience in a similar Administrative support role - 2 years minimum
  • Previous experience with MS Office Suite - word, powerpoint, MS Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a polite but professional approach
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Supporting an Office Manager and a team of doctors, you will provide administrative support wherever needed. This role is based off site at one of their smaller offices. Due to an urgent need, this role is to start ASAP on a temporary contract for 2 months, with view to convert permanent.
Please note this is a part time role, working 19 hours across 3 days per week (6 hours, 6 hours and 7 hours not including lunch), 100% office based.

DUTIES

Some of your key duties will include:

  • Receive and respond as first point of call to emergency call in’s
  • Document preparation and collation for meetings
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Database management utilising MS Excel
  • General administrative support as directed
