Responsibilities:

  • Compiling and preparing SMSF’s financial reports and associated documents for clients to sign
  • Reviewing documents returned by clients for completeness and assisting with preparation of SMSF audit files
  • Assist with billings and debtor management
  • Maintain ASIC registers for clients including preparing and lodging ASIC forms to update details, manage and lodge annual ASIC returns, monitor clients ASIC accounts for overdue invoices.
  • Sorting, recording and delivering incoming mail on a daily basis;
  • Ensure outgoing mail is recorded and mailed on a daily basis;
  • General administration duties, including scanning and filing documents
  • Answering the telephones and checking voicemail messages;
  • Manage updates to SMSFs and reporting to relevant government bodies, including deed updates, name changes, adding new members, removing members, etc.
  • Assist with marketing activities for the division;
  • Assisting with the administration of onboarding and offboarding clients; and
  • Maintain our electronic records of client details to ensure contact details are up to date across various systems
