Description:

Our client are a professional practice which provides holistic financial planning advice to clients, and are now seeking an Administration Assistant.
The role is diverse and includes the following tasks:
Undertake office reception duties
Manage the Advisers Diary, Client Appointments, and Correspondence
Maintain client files and client management data system
Administer efficient operations and office supplies
The Qualities
The successful candidate needs to
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Provide a welcoming and professional front office experience for our clients
Be comfortable working in a small group environment
Be able to work autonomously, be organised and self-motivated
Have a willingness to learn new skills
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Understand the importance of client privacy provisions
Be willing and able to undertake a police clearance
Hybrid working arrangements can be considered.
