The administrative role is an integral part of the team and supports clinicians to provide best care by completing a variety of tasks. These include the registration and processing of referrals, admissions and discharges, booking, and management of clinic appointments, fleet management, ordering supplies, general data entry and reception duties.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible, and motivated individual, who can work effectively in a high-pressure environment, with changing and competing demands.
The successful applicant will be available to work full time, Monday to Friday, however, a job share arrangement would be considered. This position is offered at HS1 classification.
