Reporting to the Administration Manager, your responsibilities include invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, data entry, organising files, handling general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as required to support 2 warehouse sites.
As an Administration Assistant, you’ll communicate with different people involved and form good relationships with staff at all levels.
