    You may just be starting your working career and are looking for a role in administration or you may have some experience and are looking to make a change and utilise your current administration skills in a different environment.

YOU MAY HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

  • Be computer literate in MS Word and Excel
  • Data entry experience
  • Creditors and debtors experience desirable but not essential.
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in a busy office environment
  • Customer service experience
  • The ability to multi task
  • Strong organisational abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Administration support for the branch and region
  • Data entry, purchase orders, invoicing and more
  • Support and assistance to the customer service team
  • Database management and updates
  • Administration duties including filing, scanning, file preparation
  • Customer service in a high-level service environment
  • Relief reception dutiesWorking as part of a team to assist in meeting company month end deadlines
