As an Administrative Executive, you’ll wear many hats, acting as the sole contributor in a supervisory role. Your responsibilities span entire office management, including reception, EHS, and security. Your crucial executive assistance to the General Manager Singapore involves managing schedules, arranging logistics, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative services. Your mission is to support the efficient functioning of the office, optimize administrative costs, adhere to procedures, and elevate work environment’s ergonomics and efficiency.
about the manager/team
You will be expected to work independently in a sole contributor position managing the full spectrum of office operations and oversee reception duties. This role reports directly to the HR Director.
skills and experience required
To navigate this exciting role, you should bring a diploma or higher education, backed by 3-5 years of relevant work experience in secretarial and general administration functions. We value your positive energy, meticulous organizational skills, and ability to be a self-starter, working independently while fostering a collaborative team spirit. Fluency in English is a must to communicate effectively with a diversified range of stakeholders. Your PC literacy, especially in Microsoft Office, will be your companion as you handle diverse administrative tasks and embrace the challenges of supporting a dynamic office.
