Description:
REQUIREMENT :
1) Minimum O levels or relevant certificate
2) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a Civil and Structural Design Consultancy or Construction firm.
3) Able to work independently and exercise initiative
4) Computer literate and knowledge of MS Office.
5) Basic IT knowledge or interest in IT knowledge is an added advantage.
6) Good interpersonal and communication skills.
7) Meticulous and responsible.
8) Candidate with more extensive experience will be considered for senior position or office manager position.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1) Manage the office administration matters.
2) Assist Engineers in their preparation of documents.
3) Assist the Director in preparing and managing marketing/bid proposals.
4) Perform reception and office administration duties
5) Maintain office and security policy
6) Assist the IT consultant in maintaining the IT records and updates.
7) Monitor and update ISO matters, HR matters and the related administration works.
8) Handle project expenses and liaise with the company accountant
