Your new company is a service industry company seeking an administrator to join their team on a temporary contract. There may be potential for extensions in the role.

Responsibilities:

YOUR NEW ROLE

Your new role will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Processing of invoices for all business units
  • Assisting with project documentation and filing
  • Answering phone calls
  • Monitoring orders for customers and updating accordingly
  • Providing administrative support to multiple teams
  • Preparing timesheets for payroll
  • Ensure customer orders are fulfilled and invoiced according to deadlines
