Area Council Secretary/Treasurer – Permanent 7 hours a week

Our administrators ensure that the organisation’s field office teams are supported and that members of the union in that region receive timely, professional communication. This role also involves attending Area Council meetings.
Tasks are varied and include:
Providing admin and tech support for meetings
Managing busy event calendars to get people where they need to go
Updating and using different platforms to support data flow.
Ensuring that elected members in the region are supported in their work with high quality secretarial and treasurer services.
In this role you will be part of the Napier team’s activities to support the aims of members. The Napier team connects across the central and lower North Island teams and you will be part of the administration team in this region.
