An exciting opportunity has become available at CQUniversity’s Rockhampton Campus for an Administration Officer to join our team to support the day-to-day administrative duties, whilst providing a high level of assistance to management and clients.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing a range of administrative support to senior managers including drafting of correspondence and reports/documentation, diary management, scheduling meetings, minute taking, recordkeeping and ensuring quality control of documents for approval.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Prioritising, actioning, and responding to various correspondence received, and ensuring management are updated on emerging issues and all tasks are progressed.
- Supporting financial processes associated with travel, purchasing, asset management, corporate card reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, and generating reports from a variety of information systems.
- Providing general administrative support including photocopying, filing, archiving, and preparing of work requests, ensuring adherence to relevant policy and procedures.
- Proactively responding to business improvement initiatives and implementing streamlined systems and processes which improve overall services for clients.
