Description:
We are looking for an Administration Officer to join the team at Constitution Hill Retirement Village in Northmead, on a 9-month maternity leave contract.
As the Administration Officer, you will assist the village team and oversee the day-to-day reception of our Retirement Village while ensuring an outstanding experience and quality service to our residents.

Does this sound like you?
- Previous administrative and rostering experience
- Background in Retirement Living, Aged Care or Health Services preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a passion to put customers first
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
- A flexible and team orientated approach
- Fully vaccinated for Influenza and COVID 19 (2 Doses)

- Providing a range of administrative and reception functions
- Scheduling meetings, documentation, greeting guests, responding to queries over phone or via email
- Maintaining client and staff database/records
- Assisting with resident enquiry packs and newsletters
- Providing efficient, friendly and professional service to all internal/external customer
