JOB DESCRIPTION
DFP Recruitment are seeking reliable and experienced Administration professionals for numerous temporary government contracts around Perth, Western Australia.
- Competitive hourly rates - $35-$50 per hour plus Super (depending on experience)
- Short and long-term contracts available
- Full-time and part-time considered
- Local, state and federal government clients
- CBD, NOR and SOR locations

- Administration officer
- Executive assistant
- Data entry clerk
- Payroll and accounts

Responsibilities may include:
- Data entry
- Customer service
- Updating spreadsheets and data
- Accounts
- Creating and maintaining confidential records
- Drafting documents
- Conducting basic research activities
- Processing invoices
- Meetings and minute taking
- Understanding policies and procedures
- Reception duties

About You:
Office support/administration experience (minimum 1 year)
- Previous experience in government (highly advantageous)
- High attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Advanced MS Office Suite
- Full working rights with Australia
- Current National Police Clearance highly desirable (dated within 3 months)
