ADMINISTRATION OFFICER - CASUAL

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:

  • The timely and professional answering of all incoming calls from both internal and external customers
  • Receipting and banking of monies
  • Announcing emergency codes
  • Assisting/directing the public to services within ERH
  • Maintaining the debtor system; ensuring fees are accurately invoiced and forwarded promptly to the relevant parties for payment
  • Ensure effective follow-up of all outstanding accounts
  • Other duties which may be requested from time to time

  • Experience in reception

This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check. In addition, this position requires evidence of vaccination status for COVID-19..
