experiencing rapid growth. Because of this, we are looking for a Junior Accountant to join the
Finance team.
The Finance Operations team is responsible for supporting the business across all client payment
transactions. The role will include, but is not limited to, client fund processing, monitoring PSPs
and managing balances, fund allocation, daily monitoring of funding methods, escalated client
queries, credit & rebate processing, dealing with all transaction-related inquiries, and monitoring client balance.
The Finance Operations team collaborates to provide the successful candidate with a great
knowledge base of the company and the broader financial services industry.
Purpose of the Position
This role is responsible for providing support to the Finance Department by managing daily client
funds processing and other Finance Operation tasks. The role is to contribute to the overall
efficient operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process deposits and/or withdrawals requests from clients in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal and external third parties such as the customer support team, banks and Payment Service Providers (PSP) to resolve queries as and when required.
  • Update financial data in the trading system and accounting software as and when required to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
  • Monitoring trading accounts deposit and withdrawal requests for any irregularities, assist in investigations and dispute resolutions.

Selection criteria

Essential:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. The ability to communicate in Chinese or Korean is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills; ability to manage and prioritise multiple responsibilities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with relevant computer software.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced business environment.
