Description:
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Advanced Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word experience, and Intermediate Excel
- Ability to liaise with senior executives
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high standard of administrative services with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
- Plans, organises, and completes tasks in the quickest and most efficient manner
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and carry out all office administration including reception
- Answering call and email reviews
- Organising Board meetings include scheduling, preparing agenda, taking minutes and undertaking actions arsing from meetings
- Maintaining a clean and safe work place
- Establish and maintain a range of basic databases and record systems
- Document management
- Assist with statutory reporting and funding submission requirements
- Developing and maintaining policies and procedures
- Support Accounts with day to day management of finances
