REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Advanced Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word experience, and Intermediate Excel
  • Ability to liaise with senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability to provide a high standard of administrative services with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Plans, organises, and completes tasks in the quickest and most efficient manner
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and carry out all office administration including reception
  • Answering call and email reviews
  • Organising Board meetings include scheduling, preparing agenda, taking minutes and undertaking actions arsing from meetings
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work place
  • Establish and maintain a range of basic databases and record systems
  • Document management
  • Assist with statutory reporting and funding submission requirements
  • Developing and maintaining policies and procedures
  • Support Accounts with day to day management of finances
