It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against vaccine preventable diseases as listed on the Role Description.

The Administration Officer provides transcripts of medical dictations in a timely, accurate, efficient, and confidential manner. Promote a working environment that is conducive to high motivation, productivity and standards of professionalism and commitment to client service.

• Operate at a high level of autonomy whilst producing and delivering the dictated medical transcripts.
• Provide ethical decision making and exercise judgement to co-ordinate and finalise work within the required time frame.
• Promote a working environment that is conducive to high motivation, productivity and standards of professionalism and commitment to client service whilst maintaining confidentially ensuring sensitivity to all patient matters is followed.
