Tell me more…Support the delivery of a client-focused Nursing and Midwifery recruitment service undertaking advertising recruitment and appointment processes.

Responsibilities:

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Ability to prioritise and coordinate activities in a team environment to meet established deadlines and provide high quality, efficient and customer-focussed services.
  • Experience within Human Resource Information Systems, and a high level of accuracy and competency across e-Recruitment Systems, Microsoft Office, and the ability to operate new software and systems as required.
  • Demonstrated high level of communication, both written and verbal, negotiation and interpersonal skills in the management and support of a multidisciplinary environment in an environment of conflicting priorities.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

  • Competent in ability to utilise Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Professional, email and internet / intranet.
  • High level of knowledge / experience with HR processes and procedures including recruitment and myHR is highly desirable.
  • Although not essential, a Certificate III in Business or Management or other similar qualification will be highly regarded.
