Responsibilities:

AS A KEY MEMBER OF OUR TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Managing the complete administration function (including supporting admin staff)
  • Being the first point of contact for clients, suppliers and employees
  • Allocation of jobs to tradespersons (using online systems)
  • Accounts receivable and payable
  • Invoicing and quoting
  • Maintaining working relationships with clients, contractors and prospective clients.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

  • Previous Office Administration Management experience (trade environment preferable)
  • Experience using Xero & SimPRO an advantage
  • To be honest, reliable and conscientious
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • The ability to complete all works in a compliant and timely manner
  • Good customer service skills, a positive attitude and the ability to look for continuous improvement
  • A strong safety focus and abide by company and site safety processes
