REQUIREMENTS

• Must provide a National Police check conducted within the previous 12 months
• According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases, which may include Covid-19.

JOINING OUR TEAM IN THIS OPPORTUNITY WILL SEE YOU PROVIDE COMPREHENSIVE CUSTOMER FOCUSED SERVICE TO OUR DOCTORS BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL BOOKINGS FOR OUR 20 MAIN OPERATING THEATRES.

This role reports directly into the Peri-Operative Manager and will be critical to the successful operation of theatre complex and providing a high-quality experience for our doctors and patients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS JOB INCLUDE:

• Responsibility of delivery the daily Operating Theatre List
• Timely and accurate management of doctor enquiries in relation to Operating Lists and Theatre requirements including proactive management of doctor leave
• Responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the Peri-Operative Manager
• Work alongside medical staff and colleagues to ensure a smooth hospital experience for patients.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING AS A MEDICAL ADMINISTRATOR YOU MUST BE ABLE TO WORK MONDAY TO FRIDAY BETWEEN 7:00AM TO 19:00PM.
