We currently have an opportunity for an Administration Officer to join our team within our Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) program.
Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program is designed with the aim of improving access to training for all adult Australians seeking to build their language, literacy, numeracy and digital literacy skills.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE - A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – SKILLS FOR EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT

ETC is looking for a well organised, self-starter who has experience in providing administrative support in a team environment. You will be supporting our new team to provide exceptional customer service to all participants and visitors of the organisation and proactively seek ways to improve service delivery through improved processes and quality service whilst providing the team with administrative, quality and compliance support.

Your Key Responsibilities will include;

  • To develop solid program knowledge and be able to answer program related questions and market ETC’s services to clients
  • Answering SEE program enquiries and transferring information to required destination efficiently
  • Accurate data is maintained and submitted in the Department’s IT Systems as required
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate student and attendance records according to the SEE program contractual requirements
  • Undertake general administrative duties for the SEE team
  • Records management
